ASTANA. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev by phone on the successful holding of the national referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution, the presidential press service reported on Tuesday.
